This course will qualify you to apply for your NC concealed carry handgun permit. This training course spans 2 days, and includes 8 hours of in-class instruction, written test, and live fire range qualification. You will train with Sean Baxter, NRA Firearms Instructor and Master Instructor in Taekwondo.
The classroom section of this course will be held in the event room, at Concord Taekwondo America – Located at: 2335 Concord Lake Rd, Concord, NC
COURSE REQUIREMENTS
Students have the option to rent a firearm, which includes ammunition and eye/ear protection included for only $15.
If you wish to use one of your own firearms for the training course, you will also need to provide the following:
- Eye Protection
- Ear Protection
- 100 Rounds of Ammunition
COURSE CURRICULUM
The modules in this Concealed Carry Handgun training course include:
- NC Firearm Law
- How & Where to Carry
- Anatomy of a Firearm
- Firearm Safety
- Basic Marksmanship
- CCH Application process
COURSE CERTIFICATE
At the end of the 2 day course, students will receive their training certificate. With this certificate, students have proof of completion of the required training with NC, and are eligible to apply for their concealed carry permit.

Depending on weather, range time will follow on Sunday. Otherwise range time will be scheduled based on availability.

Right Sight Training is located at 2353 Concord Lake Road inside Concord Taekwondo. We’re in the Park Place shopping center, just down the street from the Kannapolis Home Depot.
